2017 Hyundai Elantra Information Page

The all-new Elantra -- it all adds up.

Just have a look at all that's available. There's a segment-first hands-free smart trunk and an Integrated Memory System for the driver seat and exterior mirrors. 8-inch Navigation system and 7-inch display audio both with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ are also available, plus an Infinity® Premium Audio System with Clari-Fi™ Music Restoration Technology, and HID headlights with Dynamic Bending Light.

Its Pedestrian Detection feature is a segment-exclusive.

It uses a camera and radar sensor to scan for vehicles and pedestrians in the path of your Elantra. If a collision is imminent and the driver does not react, the system deploys. The system can even apply full brake-force stopping power from 5 to 50 mph, giving you an added element of safety. When a pedestrian is detected, full stopping power is automatically applied from 5 to 43 mph.

A seat that acts like it knows you, times two.

Here's an Elantra segment-exclusive feature that drivers can appreciate. Elantra's available Integrated Memory System is so convenient that it automatically adjusts the driver seat and exterior mirrors to the specified settings of two drivers.

Enjoy the drive with available Apple CarPlay™ Support.

It takes the things you want to do with your iPhone® while you're driving and lets you access them right on Elantra's built-in touchscreen display or ask Siri® to assist. You can get directions, make calls, send and receive text messages and listen to music all in a way that lets you stay focused on the road—just plug in your iPhone and go.

Available Android Auto™ for a great driving experience.

Designed especially for your driving needs, just connect your Android Auto compatible phone and your select apps are road ready. Use the touchscreen or the Talk to Google feature for directions, to make calls, listen to music or send and receive text messages while you stay focused on the road. Get ready for more fun and fewer distractions.

More horses. More fun.

Elantra has an all-new 2.0L Atkinson cycle engine that delivers more standard horsepower than 2016 Toyota Corolla and 2016 Nissan Sentra. There's no reason to just sit there when you can get up and go in an Elantra.

Here's a segment-exclusive feature that's truly applause-worthy.

Elantra is the only vehicle in its class to offer an available hands-free smart trunk. When you're loaded down with boxes and bags, you'll love how it helps out. It's a must-have feature for serious shoppers everywhere, but especially handy in the parking lot.

Available heated rear seats even keep backseat drivers toasty.

These available heated rear seats are not even offered on Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Ford Focus and Mazda3. That's cold!

Available advanced safety features: Compare Elantra to Corolla.

Advanced Aerodynamics

Elantra's impressive 0.27 aerodynamic coefficient of drag is even better than Corolla Eco, Ford Focus and Nissan Leaf EV.
