Hyundai Accessory Store Ordering

When placing your order on our website, please make certain that you provide complete and specific information regarding your Make, Model, Year and Vehicle Application. Our fulfillment staff relies on accurate information about your vehicle to get the right part to you. HyundaiAccessoryStore.com is not responsible for malfunction or non-fitment of parts if complete vehicle information is not provided at the time of order. If an incorrect part is sent due to inaccurate vehicle information, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the part back to our warehouse. You are required to inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. You must verify the correct parts were shipped and that all items ordered have been received. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and American Express. We do not accept credit cards drawn on international banks at this time.

WARNING: We use a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card. Doing so will result in prosecution to the full extent of the law.

Warranty
All Hyundai accessories carry a one year limited warranty. All warranties cover only the part and do not cover any installation charges or damage to other parts. By installing these parts, you have accepted this warranty. Failure of a part due to misuse or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.

Out Of Stock Items
If items from your order are out-of-stock, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days, indicating when the items will be available. After that you will have the options to wait or cancel your order.

Shipping
We process and prepare orders for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) from receipt of orders and ship our products via UPS. For large or exceptionally heavy items an extra freight charge may be required. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees. You will be contacted via e-mail with shipping charges within 24 hours and your order will only be processed after you have approved the charges. Shipping addresses must be street addresses. NO P.O. BOXES ACCEPTED.
For International Orders, you will be responsible for any VAT and/or any Custom charges required by your country in addition to shipping charges.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, we must receive an e-mail requesting cancellation within THIRTY MINUTES of your order being placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We offer no guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled after this time period.

Orders that are cancelled outside the allotted time period which have already shipped will require that the customer pay all shipping charges to return item and a 20% Restocking Fee will be charged.

Orders CANNOT be cancelled via phone call alone. If you call requesting cancellation, you MUST also email to confirm that your order is cancelled! If an email is not made to cancel your order, HyundaiAccessoryStore.com will NOT be responsible for lack of cancellation!!!
